About this position
This position stewards executive, leadership and administrative needs for the organization and its head office. Other responsibilities include managing messaging for the Executive Director and Leadership team, creating presentations, and supporting internal and external communication. Overall, this role will be supporting Executive Director affairs and functions, and supporting the leadership team as a whole. This is a part-time, temporary contract with options for extension.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a talent for relationship building and executive hospitality experience working with a leadership team to support partners, donors, and funders.

As a Senior Project Manager, your role will include:

Relationship building: stewardship of partners, peer, and donor relationships; some networking and outreach on behalf of the Executive Director and Leadership Team

Strategic communications support: presentations and messaging

Support for campaigns and special events

General event planning and execution

Administrative support for the Leadership team

High level hospitality - board, partners, donors etc.

Bringing an equity-informed approach to relationship-building

Other duties as required

Location: This position requires residence in the Greater Toronto Area and regular in-person presence at our 401 Richmond office during business hours and at events as determined.
Hours: This position will be 21 hours per week (approximately 3 days). Flexible working hours are required - especially for event support; including some evenings and or weekend.
Salary Range: $55 000 - 62 000 pro-rated plus vacation pay
