The Role:
We’re looking for a Face-to-Face Fundraising Team Leader to join our team who will report to the Campaign Manager. You are a natural relationship builder with donors and supporters. You will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships and the execution of our fundraising strategies on the field.
We’re looking for someone who is inspired by the mission and vision of the work at UP Fundraising and we’re excited to add a new team member who will push our fundraising to the next level!

Competencies –

• Should be in GTA or within daily commutable distance from Vancouver. We are hiring at both locations.
• Demonstrated success in donor engagement and relations
• Outstanding verbal, written communication skills
• Has a passion for philanthropy and an understanding of the power of storytelling
• 1 to 3 years of fund-raising experience in a Not-for-Profit setting as a leader.
